Join the Vermillion River Watershed Joint Powers Organization on September 20th to learn about their Master Water Stewards program.
Master Water Stewards are the go to experts on actions residents can take on their properties and in their lives to protect and enhance local lakes, rivers, and wetlands. Modeled after the Master Gardener program, Master Water Stewards go through an education program, volunteer time, and continue their education to remain certified.
Interested residents that live in the Vermillion River Watershed must fill out an application by September 12th and attend an information session on September 20th at 5:30 PM at the Dakota County Western Service Center, 14955 Galaxie Ave, Rm 334.
