The City will be accepting input from the public on its SWPPP per the requirements of its permit through May 1.
The City will be accepting input from the public on its SWPPP per the requirements of its permit. Use this email to provide comment on the Apple Valley Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program from March 21, 2018, through May 1, 2018.
The public may also provide input on the Apple Valley SWPPP at the Apple Valley Chamber’s Home and Garden Expo on Saturday April 21, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Eastview High School. The City of Apple Valley’s Natural Resources Division will have a booth where the SWPPP will be available for viewing, and where staff will be on hand to answer questions and receive comments.
Copies of the SWPPP are also available for viewing at the Apple Valley Municipal Center (7100 West 147th Street) and Central Maintenance Facility (6442 West 140th Street). Written comments may be submitted prior to May 1, 2018, at the following address:
