It's Back!!! You, your friends, and your family are all invited to ride with Mayor Mary and members of the Police and Fire Department on the 2018 Le Tour de Apple Valley! Saturday, September 8th 10:00 am to 12:30 pm starting and ending at Kelley Park. There are three courses to choose from: The Family Ride, Le Demi Tour, and Le Tour Complet. This is a ride for everyone! No registration or advance notification necessary! Just show up and have fun!
Enjoy Apple Valley in an entirely new light! The Palomino Alps will be a real challenge, you'll feel a great sense of accomplishment when you reach the top of the Col-de-Diamond Path, and you are going to enjoy the ride around Lac De Cobblestone! Be sure to hang around Kelley Park after Le Tour! There will be a medal for everyone who finishes and the band will be playing from 10:30 that morning until 12:30!
This year's band is 5 Speed and they promise folks will enjoy the songs they cover and will certainly walk away smiling at the end of the afternoon. Food and beverages will be available for purchase from Apple Valley's own Vivo Mobile Kitchen, and several Apple Valley firefighters will be on-hand to share stories and safety tips for the whole family. It's going to be a great event! Don't miss it!.
