Did you know...
Permits are required when replacing major appliances such as a furnace, air conditioner, water softener, and water heater.

Most often, the contractor who is installing the appliance will apply for and pay for the permit. It is important to remember that after the installation is complete, that an inspection of the work will need to be performed by the City Inspector, then the permit can be closed out. If you have questions about permits or if you need one for a project visit us online
