The Minnesota COVID-19 Vaccine Connector is a tool that helps Minnesotans find out when, where, and how to get a COVID-19 vaccine or booster shot.

The state recently launched the Vaccine Connector. Any Minnesotan, age 18 and older, can sign up for to be notified of when and where vaccine is available for them. If you have questions about the form or need language assistance, please call the Minnesota COVID-19 Vaccine Connector hotline at 833-431-2053.

Minnesota is continuing to expand access to COVID-19 vaccinations through pharmacies and hospitals across the state this week for those aged 65 and over. Specifically, the state is reallocating thousands of doses for Walgreens, Walmart, and Thrifty White. Contact your local pharmacy for more information on how to sign up for a vaccine appointment.
